Crowdfunding Services

Here’s a list of the crowdfunding consultation and management services I currently offer, with prices (where applicable) and what’s included in the package:

ONE-TIME CONSULTATION:
$300

  • One phone call (up to 60 minutes) discussing your project and how crowdfunding can best suit you and your project’s needs, and/or answering questions you have about campaign videos, rewards, messaging, etc.

BASIC CAMPAIGN CONSULTATION:
$1,200

  • One 60-minute kickoff call to discuss your project to discuss strategy, perks, video, etc.
  • Two full reviews of a complete campaign draft (campaign video, rewards, design)

ADVANCED CAMPAIGN CONSULTATION:
$1,800 + 3% of Total Funds Raised

  • One 60-minute kickoff call to discuss your project to discuss strategy, perks, video, etc.
  • Two full reviews of complete campaign draft (campaign video, rewards, graphic design)
  • Weekly strategy calls (up to 30-minutes each) to discuss various strategies during the campaign (up to 45 days)

BASIC CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • One kickoff call at least one month prior to discuss project and how crowdfunding can help and brainstorming perks, story, platform, etc.
  • Two full reviews of first and second drafts of campaign video script
  • Campaign creation, with two rounds of review on the complete campaign draft (campaign video, rewards, graphic design, messaging, etc.)
  • Create strategy (with campaigners), and compose a document outlining full campaign strategy at least two weeks prior to launch
  • Campaign updates throughout the duration of the campaign
  • Responding to comments (on crowdfunding platform) throughout the campaign duration
  • Organize and run pre-launch/awareness campaign to build up email list and social media following prior to launch (if needed, and if there’s sufficient time between signing of agreement and campaign launch)
  • Weekly calls (up to 30 minutes each and as needed) to discuss upcoming strategies, data, analytics, etc. during the campaign (Min. 20 days, maximum 45 days)
  • Hire any additional team members, including, but not limited to: graphic designers, videographers (for video), social media managers, and others to create design collaterals and push ad campaigns, if needed
  • Work with social media manager and publicist on a corresponding social media/marketing/PR campaign (if needed) and brainstorming and implementing innovative ways to keep an audience engaged during the crowdfunding campaign
  • Report to campaign owners regularly about the state of the campaign

COSTS: Basic Campaign Management fees and percentages (of total funds raised) are based on the campaign’s specific goal amount. Additional expenses (hiring a social media manager, graphic designer, ad spends, etc.) are not included in Basic Campaign Management cost.
